I believe in order to have a efficient and wise Congress and President that WE THE PEOPLE DEMAND that the members of the House, Senate, and President and aides submit to random drug screenings performed by an independent agency outside of the government to ensure that all of the officers elected to represent the people are legally free of illegal drugs and alcohol for the betterment of our country.
