Congress to appoint an Independent Special Prosecutor to investigate for Partisan Bias of The D.O.J. and especially Attorney General, Loretta Lynch of Collusion with the Clinton Campaign and that of the Current Administration For Violations of U.S. Voter Laws, A Felony, in order to change the out come of the 2016 election results. That this Special Prosecutor also investigate why The D.O.J has done nothing concerning Threats to the Electors which is also a Felony under U.S. Law.
