CONGRESS IS BROKEN - Change the rules of how Congress operates to promote a more efficient legislative process.

1. All members of the House and Senate must be in attendance when any proceedings are taking place on the House or Senate floor.
2. All voting - simple majority vote only
3. Amendments to bills must pertain to the original bill. Disallow anything that does not pertain directly to the original bill.
4. Ban/outlaw filibusters
5. Ban/outlaw lobbying
6. All Congressional recesses/vacations shall be approved by the President of the United States.
