Since Congress cares so much about the "people's voice", wait until after election to vote on Trans-Pacific Partnership

Since the current House and Senate have decided to wait until after the election to hold hearings on a the next Supreme Court Justice, we would like them to hold off until after the election to vote on the Trans-Pacific Partnership. As they have stated they would like the people to have a voice in the appointment of the next Justice, I believe it is fair that we also have a voice in the passing of a bill that can open trade in the Pacific.
