Ask Congress to declare war upon North Korea over its repeated nuclear threats against the USA.

Whereas the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) is in unlawful possession of nuclear weapons in violation of United Nations (UN) Resolutions, AND;

Continues to develop and test such nuclear weapons despite all peaceful efforts to persuade them from doing so, AND;

Has developed Intercontinental Ballistic Missile Technology in violation of UN Resolutions, AND;

Continues to launch missiles in repeated violations of UN Resolutions, AND;

Whereas on at least 4 separate occasions in the last 3 years, including Sunday, 06 March 2016, the DPRK has directly threatened to launch an unprovoked Nuclear attack against the United States of America,

THEREFORE

We The People direct The President to ask Congress for a Declaration of War against the DPRK to remove this threat by force.
