The colonial occupation of Palestine by Israeli forces and the sustained seizure of land have resulted in an apartheid state, the marginalisation and dehumanisation of an entire population and the creation of some 5 million refugees. Israel has repeatedly flouted international human rights law and continues to displace and dispossess Palestinians of their land, right to work and freedom of movement. They have not been punished for their war crimes and continue to enjoy the support of many of the most powerful countries in the world, particularly the United States.
Until Israel has corrected these wrongs and treat the people of Palestine with the respect all humans deserve they are unworthy of any aid from the United States and as such should be cut off.
