Evidence from vaious sources indicates that the US CIA along with Saudi Arabians and Qataris have become de facto state sponsors of terrorism by giving support to Al Qaeda based terrorists groups in Libya and Syria which has fostered genocidal behavior in Iraq and Syria amongst the ISIS and other terrorists. This is not in the long term interests of the US or any country in the Middle East and must end now.
