All Congress positions should be treated as a 4-year max service to our country and not a life long career blocking other interested citizens from participating in the political process. A 90 year old person has no business occupying a congress position.

Members of congress must work "Full-Time 40 hours per week" in Congress with a maximum cap of 20 days vacation days leave per year to visit family.

Any member of congress who fails to vote will receive infractions (maximum 3) that can and will lead to termination of employment. A third infraction shall automatically terminate employment. There will be no unemployment benefits for non-performance.

Any members of congress found intentionally abstaining from voting will be reviewed for immediate grounds for termination of employment.
