Henceforth, in proposed Legislation, both in the US Congress as well as individual states, bills are limited to ONE subject which must be clearly stated in the place of the numbers used presently The people are entitled to know exactly what is being voted upon. There may be no unrelated or disparate legislation proposed and voted into law hidden in the wording or under the guise of another bill nor may monies be appropriated for unrelated government and tax-payer expenditures within any bill up for vote in any state or in the Congress of the United States of America.
