Congress/men-women will serve a MAX of 2 years. They will be Doctors, Lawyers, Scientists, Teachers/ professors, business women/men, etc.. They will not be politicians but, educated Citizens asked to serve in Congress for a year.
There shall be no majority in backgrounds or careers perviously held. Everything should be balanced. In effort to create a more modern and quick-developing society.
