Congress must have jobs outside when not in session like the Founding Fathers had to do.

Congress can no longer be career politicians and only be working a few days in Washington but must have a job to return to between sessions. The congress persons must provide for themselves because the Congress was NOT meant to be a full time job. And Congress should have to buy their own insurance and health plans like the common people have to do.
