Congress must settle upon an agreement to address the United States budget, or else members should resign from office

Created by E.H. on September 27, 2013

Settle upon an agreement to address the United States budget, so as to avoid defaulting on our Nation's debts or shutting down the government. If this is not accomplished before the deadline for legislative action, the members of congress, both house and senate, should be forced to resign from their positions for failure to perform the duties of the office as a representative of the peoples of the United States.
