Congress needs to put Proposition 1 to a vote for the sake of jobs in Austin, TX

Proposition 1 was recently voted against in Austin, and it is now the largest U.S. city where Uber isn’t currently available. This action causes many who have jobs with Uber or Lyft to now be unemployed. Uber has in recent years worked with regulators and local lawmakers to pass permanent rules recognizing app-based car services as distinct from taxis.
