Why do we not have a rule where if congress cannot reach a budget/are not doing their jobs/are holding all of us hostage, then congress does not get paid and has no benefits? How can the Republicans be against unions when they get pensions and benefits forever? Just because they don't pay union dues, does not mean they aren't a "union." I got a pay decress for 2013 and this is before we go over the fiscal cliff. I worry about feeding my family. Hold Congress accountable regarding money by withholding thier money. President Obam can lead the movement.
