Congress pay and benefits should be similar to the people they represent

1) Most people have to pay for their own retirement via a 401K plan, Congress should be no exception. Eliminate their pension and have them do a 401K with 50% match for the first 3% - even that is better than average now!
2) Congress should have to have the same healthcare as the average american, not the cadillac plan they have now
3) Congress should not be able to vote for their own pay raise - they should get the lower of 3% or CPI like they expect others to accept.
4) No Tenure/No Pension - if you don't serve a minimum of 30 years, you don't get a pension.
5) Congressional retirement fund should be moved to Social Security and Congress can collect social security like most americans instead. (unless they contribute to 401K in #1)
