Congress shall receive no more than the national average of income. The Congress shall not received that salary and special healthcare as retirement. Maybe they will give a little thought to sticking us with socialist medicine if that is what they will face. If their pay is tied to the national average they will stop their job killing bills. Congressional office staff shall not receive more salary than our troops that are in the field fighting for our freedom. Why should a office worker receive so much more than our troops who are fighting and dying while the office worker may be bedeviled by paper cuts.
