All of Congress, the Cabinet, the President and Vice President do not receive any pay until a budget is passed that end the "sequestration". They must also pass a law that says that no member of Congress, the Cabinet, the President and Vice President will get no pay for everyday past July 4th that a budget is not passed in subsequent years.
