Congress re-form to comprise of the following 4 items:
1. Term Limits. 12 years only, one of the possible options below..
A. Two Six-year Senate terms
B. Six Two-year House terms
C. One Six-year Senate term and three Two-Year House terms
The reason is to bring new ideas into the Congress.
2. All future Congressman shall collect a salary while in office and receives no congressional pay when they are out of office. The reason is they are volunteering their time when they run for office.
3. Congress will no longer vote themselves a pay raise. Congressional pay will increase or decrease by the same percentage that Social Security is increased or decreased.
4. Congress must equally abide by all laws they impose on the American people. Reason; they should not be above the law.
