First, no member on Congress' pay will be more then the lowest paid member of military service. Second, no member on Congress can serve more than twice in their life time. Third, members on Congress cannot accept anymore of gift from companies or individuals. This is not limited to things such as, vacations, stock options, favors, etc. Fourth, no member of congress is allowed to accept a high tier job position from any company who profits exceed 25 million.
