A petition to reform the process of house rules allowing votes on the Common Floors of the joint houses of Congress. We the people own this nation and the work done is done for the peoples of the United States, and the peoples of the United States are not being duly served by our duly elected fiduciaries in the Joint Congress. CONGRESS SHALL ALLOW VOTES ON EITHER FLOOR OF THE HOUSES IN COMMON (SENATE OR REPRESENTATIVES) IF AT LEAST 60 MEMBERS (30 SENATE AND 30 HOUSE) REQUEST SUCH A VOTE TO COMMENCE. CONGRESS SHALL FORGO THE ENTIRETY OF ITS PAY IN THE EVENT THAT EITHER HOUSE FAILS TO PERFORM.
