Congress shall make no law that applies to the citizens of the United States that does not apply equally to politicians

I propose a new amendment to the United States Constitution - 28th Amendment which would read: "Congress shall make no law that applies to the citizens of the United States which also does not apply equally to the Senators and/or Representatives, and the President of the United States; Further, Congress shall make no law that applies to the Senators and/or Representatives which does not apply equally to the citizens of the United States. This includes all past legislation, to include the Affordable Care Act that was signed into law on March 23, 2010.
