Congress shall only receive minimum wage, insurance, benefits equal to the lowest hourly paid employee in the nation.

Congress should be paid same as lowest paid employee. This will give them incentive and insight into their constituents needs instead of their own.

It would show ( we the people ) good faith on their part.

Put it to a vote by the people....to raise or lower their pay and benefits.
