Congress routinely passes laws that enrich themselves financially, like voting themselves pay raises and pensions that they receive even after serving only one term, and specifically exempting themselves from the laws they pass "for the rest of us". Where's the equality in that?
This self-serving elitism must stop. We are a Nation that describes itself as one in which "all men are created equal", yet we allow our elected representatives to conduct themselves in such a manner to the detriment of all of us.
