Congress Should Debate the Formal Declaration of War against the so-called Islamic State

The World has seen too much terror caused by an extremist group operating out of the nations of Iraq and Syria. If this debate were to pass in congress, the United States would formally declare war against the so-called Islamic State. The land liberated would be returned to their respected owners. This declaration of war would allow for ground troops to enter the countries fighting alongside Iraqi and Syrian forces. The fight against the so-called Islamic State, as of this moment, is against International and United States' Law.
