Congress should pass that school's nation wide should make the "Guardian Plan" mandatory and also states without CCW.

I think that Congress should pass a law that makes it mandatory for teacher faculty to conceal carry much like the "Guardian Plan" that school disrict in Harrold, TX currently has. Teachers are the true first responders and each second that they have to wait for police is costing lives. On the average it takes police around 4-6 minutes to respond to calls and that is too much time when peoples lives are at the hand's of a gunman. I think that the states that don't issue conceal carry permits should give them to select people such as teachers and prinicpals to allow them to conceal carry at work. This also doesn't only apply to schools though. You could tailor the law to other job's such as banks, jewelry stores, and etc.
