Congress should require the DNC to hold a second, fair, and legitimate primary for the upcoming election.

The American People have been denied the opportunity to elect a representative Democrat for the upcoming election. Recent events have shown the DNC to be corrupt, and to have engaged in activities of questionable legality in supporting one candidate (Clinton) over another (Sanders). This affects ALL AMERICAN CITIZENS as we are born entitled to a fair and true process in exercising our democratic rights to elected representation in our houses of government. The DNC should have to fund, and remain absolutely transparent TO CONGRESS throughout a second Democratic primary. This must include state primary voting being done a second time, AFTER a series of additional debates. Action is needed NOW and citizens MUST HAVE this chance to rectify the illegitimate primary that already occurred.
