Congress Should Review and Audit Federal Reserve / CIA / FBI of Classified records should be shown to the senators Entire Documents (No Magic Marker over any sentence or even one Character) and should provide detail Financial journal of their spending and all Files of the operations they made since 9/11 till Today and if any crimes committed by these agency's or it's members involved should be sent to trial and impose criminal charges to the Full weight of the law for their Felonies of murdering innocent People starting from the guy that singed the order to the ones that execute the orders on those missions.
