Please reassign all Capitol Building; Russell, Dirksen and Hart Senate Office Building; and, Cannon, Longworth and Rayburn House Office Building security personnel to other duties until Congress enacts and provides for security in our nation's schools. Also, prohibit the use of federal funds for any personal security for Congressional personnel.
Our nation's children are entitled to at least a fraction of the security our grown legislators have provided for themselves. By removing their security personnel, they will have a sense of what coming to work each day without any protection feels like.
