Congress realized and determined a need for term limits on the presidency. Unfortunately, they have been unwilling to set the same standard for the United States Congress. We the people must be able to institute this change on behalf of future generations. We feel the following is the best initiative available today.
There are other term limit proposals that appear to have been written by congress themselves. EXAMPLE: Limiting terms to twelve years and eighteen years.
We propose setting all congressional terms to two-terms.
