All personnel within congress will have six months to implement an economy stabilizing policy. If these personnel are unable to do so, they will be taken out of office, replaced with their opposing candidates of who will be allotted the same six months to implement a different policy. Those personnel evicted will not be permitted to run again and will have their congressional retirement compensation and benefits evoked.
