CONGRESS WILL MAKE ONLY THE MINIMUM WAGE OF $7.25 AN HOUR WHEN ACTUALLY ARE PRODUCTIVELY WORKING, UNTIL UNEMPLYMT IS 4%

Since congress refuses to increase the minimum wage or even be a PRODUCTIVE government body, they should work at what they feel is a "satisfactory minimum wage until they get nation unemployment down to 4%. Their healthcare and other expenses should factor into that minimum wage. None productive employees are routinely fired.
