Congress will save Social Security when they are personally subject to it.

Whereas Social Security is a fund taxpayers are compelled to contribute to over their working life-times, and
Whereas Congress members are NOT subject to the same compulsary contributions, rules, payment and benefit limits as ordinary citizens,
and
Whereas Congress lacks personal incentive, responsibility and accountability regarding the protection and preservation of the Fund,
and
Therefore, We The People Demand-by-Petition of the undersigned citizens: Congressional Retirement Funds on deposit shall be Converted and Conveyed to The Social Security Administration for immediate unencumbered deposit to the Fund. Further we demand Congress members be subject to the same compulsary contributions, rules, payment and benefit limits as ordinary citizens.
