Congress will stop accepting taxpayer-funded health care if they decide to vote in favor of cutting healthcare programs

Congress is pushing to end government funded healthcare for those that need it, but maintain for those that don't. If any programs should go, it should be that which provides for Congress themselves. Congress can begin by showing how much of a leader they can be by giving up some of their luxury if they so choose to require the citizens of the USA to do the same.
