So often to save face, they just dont act. It is time to Make them do their JOB! This will allow the people that voted them in validate they are working for them. Congress was voted to serve the people! If vote is not excused they must be punished by a fine. The funds obtainied from the fine is applied to the Debt. The fines will be a personal fine, much like a ticket and can not be written off to the office. Must ensure a indivisual is punished not the office.Be forced to do the JOB. If the average person didn't do there job they wouldn't get paid. This is a method of docking the pay.
