Congressional bonuses in a time of cuts is the most insane I have heard. Republicans don't want the rich to pay more taxes but want to make cuts to medicare, medicaid, Social Security, food stamps. Stop Medicare fraud, stop illegals from getting Gov help and deport them. I am sure things would be somewhat better. Many people depend alot for help and when Congressional bonuses comes up it's crazy. Stop the crap and fix America.
