Article II of the US Constitution says that the President shall nominate Supreme Court Justices and that it is the duty of the Senate to determine the confirmation.
By refusing to even review the nomination of a Justice and hold hearings, whether they are legally obligated to or not, GOP leadership is acting in direct opposition to the Constitution and democracy itself, as such, we call for impeachment proceedings concerning the below Congressional members, including but not limited to:
