John G. Stumpf is the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board at Wells Fargo. Wells Fargo is a major financial institution that has defrauded its investors and banking clients by fraudulently opening millions of unnecessary accounts in order to inflate the value of company stock. The artificial inflation of company value benefitted Stumpf personally; his personal company share value grew by over $200 million. Other company executives also reaped rewards without accountability while regional and local-level employees have been fired for supporting company mandates to "cross-sell" each of its clients with up to eight banking products. This is a petition to prompt Congressional investigation into Stumpf's role in Wells Fargo account fraud.
