Congressional pay and benefit reform - allow the people to vote on their compensation during national election voting.

Let the American people decide how well their Congress is doing by allowing them to vote on pay and incentives for Congress.

Also, reform the system by:

Term limits. Maximum 12 years of service in either house.

Make them pay into the same pension systems that Federal Employees pay into and receive benefits calculated the same way.

Prevent them from "double-dipping" their pay combined with any governmental (federal, state or local) retirement.

Participate in Social Security

Pay portions of their retirement plan

Participates in the same Health Care System as the rest of us.

Prevent Congress from benefiting from groups that lobby to them and prevent them from voting on bills in which they have any kind of personal stake or conflict of interest.
