Congressional Pay and Fringe Benefits

The salaries and fringe benefits of all members of the U. S. Congress and their staff shall be determined and set by voters from the state they represent. These amounts shall be adjusted by the state voters every four years. State legislators shall not be involved in deterring Congressional salaries and fringe benefits levels.
