Congressional pay lowered to $150,000 and policies in place to prevent any body of government from raising thier own pay

Created by J.W. on April 21, 2016

While government programs are being closed or having thier funding cut left and right there is no logical reason for any government leader to receive a pay raise. Furthermore, it is completely inappropriate for a governing body to approve it's own pay raise. This type of issue should be voted on by the American people or at least a checks and balances system.
