Endless term limits, lifetime pensions and Congress granting to increase their own salaries. Their current salary is aporoximately $170,000 a year. Apparently, they are having issues living 'decently' on this salary. This just confirms how out of touch they are with real, every day life for the majority of Americans. There is a new push in Washington for yet another salary increase for Congress. Congressional pay increases should be voted on by the people they represent. The current situation is like putting the mouse in charge of the cheese. Instituting these changes will avoid lifetime Congressmen and Congresswomen.
