1. No tenure/no pension. Pay is only while in office.
2.Congress participates in Social Security. All funds in Congressional retirement fund are placed in SS along with all other Americans. All future funds flow into SS.
3. Congress can no longer vote themselves a pay raise. Increases rise by the lower of CPI or 3%.
4.Congressional healthcare system be deleted and Congress participates in same healthcare as American people.
5. All contracts with past and present Congressmen/women are void
6.Congressmen are able to be fired by the people for not doing their job; part of which is to cooperate once in office to get legislature passed, leaving personal preferences and party preferences behind and devoting themselves to the affairs of the nation.
7. Vacation days are limited to 4 weeks a year
