1 Term Limits. 12 years only, one of the possible options below
A 2 x 6 year Senate term
B 6 x 2 year House term
C 1 x 6 year Senate term and 3 x 2 Year House term
2 No Tenure / No Pension
A They collect a salary while in office and receive no pay when they are out of office
3 They (past, present and future) participate in Social Security
All funds in their retirement fund move to the Social Security system immediately. All future funds flow into the SS system
4 They can purchase their own retirement plan
5 They won't get automatic pay raises. Their pay will rise by the lower of CPI or 3%
6 They loses their current health care system and participates in the same health care system as US citizens
7 They must equally abide by all laws they impose
