Congressional Reform Act

As proposed by Warren Buffett, any time there's a deficit of more than three percent of GDP, all sitting members of Congress are ineligible for re-election.This act would also include the following provisions.
- No tenure/no pension.
- Two term limit for all elected officials.
- Congress will forfeit their current retirement plan, and participate in Social Security.
- Congress must purchase their own retirement plan.
- Congress will no longer vote themselves a pay raise. Pay will raise by the lower of the CPI or 3%.
- Congress must participate in the same health care system they forced by law on all Americans.
-Congress must abide by all laws they have forced on the American people.
- All contracts with current/past legislators are void after 12/31/17. No more career politicians.
