Congressional Reform Act of 2011

Congress will:
-Establish term limits for 12 years. Two Six-year Senate terms, Six Two-year House terms or mix.
-Have No tenure/No pension. A Congressman collects a salary while in office and receives no pay when they are out of office.
-Participate in Social Security. All funds in the Congressional retirement fund move to the Social Security system immediately and all Congressmen participate with the American people.
-Purchase their own retirement plan, just as all Americans do.
-Not vote themselves a pay raise, pay will rise by the lower of CPI or 3%
-Loose current health care system and participate in the same health care system as the American people.
-Abide equally by all laws they impose on the American people
-Void all past and present contracts with Congressmen effective 1/1/12
