1. No Tenure/No Pension. Congress collects salary while in office & receives no pay when out of office
2. Congress participates in Social Security. All fund in their retirement move to SS. All future funds flow into SS system and Congress participates with American people
3. Congress can purchase their own retirement plan, just as all Americans do.
4. Congress no longer vote for their pay raise. Their pay will raise by lowest CPI or 3%
5. Congress loses their health care and participates in same hc system as American people
6.Congress abides by all laws imposed on American people
7. All contracts with past & present congressmen/people are void effective 1/1/12. Americans did not make these they did, for themselves. They should serve their term(s) then go home & back to work
