Congressional Reform Act of 2012

1. No Tenure/Pension. 
Congress collects a salary only while in office. 2.

 Congress (past, present & future) participates in Social Security. 

All current/future Congressional retirement funds move to the Social Security system. 3. Congress can purchase their own retirement plan and no additional retirement plan will be made available.

 4. Congress cannot vote themselves a pay raise. Pay will rise by the lower of CPI or 3%.

 5. Congress participates in the same health care systems as the American people. 6. Congress must equally abide by/be subject to all of the same laws they impose on the American people.

 7. All contracts past/present with Congress are void effective 12/1/12. 8. Members of the House/Senate shall be limited to two terms.
