Congressional Reform Act of 2013

1)Anytime a deficit is > 3% of GDP current members are ineligible for re-election
2)No Tenure/No Pension. A Congressman/woman collect pay while in office and no pay when out of office.
3)All Congress members participate in Social Security. All funds and future funds in the Congress retirement fund move to the Social Security system immediately. It may not be used for any other purpose. Congress can buy their own retirement plan, like all citizens.
4)Congress will no longer vote themselves a raise. Congress pay will rise by the lower of CPI.
5)Congress now participates in the same health care system as all citizens.
6)Congress must equally abide by all laws they impose on all US citizens.
7)All contracts, not voted by the public with past and present Congress are void effective 12/1/13.
