Congressional Reform Act of 2013.

Anytime there is a deficit of more than 3% of GDP, all sitting members of Congress are ineligible
for re-election.
1. No Tenure / No Pension.
2. Congress participates in Social Security
3. Congress can no longer vote themselves a pay raise.
4. Congress participates in same healthcare as American people.
5. Congress must equally abide by all laws they impose on the American people.
6. When Congress passes a bill, it MUST also show how it will be paid for.
7. Budgets for all departments MUST be posted as a percentage of revenue, not to exceed 100% in total. See EbbandFlowGovernment.com
