1. Term Limits.
12 years only:
A. 2 6-year Senate terms
B. 6 2-year House terms
C. 1 6-year Senate term and 3 2-Year House terms
2. No Tenure/Pension.
This salary will be equivalent to the salary of the average American family. Their salaries will also be directly reflected to our national debt
3. Congress participates in Social Security and receives no benefits from FERS.
4. Congress can purchase their own retirement plan, just as all Americans do.
5. Congress will no longer vote on pay raises. It will rise by the lower of CPI or 3%.
6. Congress loses their current health care system and participates in the same health system as the American people.
7. Congress must abide by all laws they impose on the American people.
8. All contracts with Congressmen are void effective today.
